The Unindicted Felon

Any normal everyday American watching C-SPAN, when FBI Director James Comey was grilled by a congressional panel would turn the television off knowing one hundred percent that Hillary Clinton was guilty.

Comey admitted under oath that Hillary Clinton had unsecured, illegal private servers in her basement. Representative William Hurd said it best.

"The Secretary of State had an unauthorized email server in her basement, those are your words," said Hurd. "Who or what was protecting that server?"

"Not much," Comey responded.

"You don’t think this sends a message to other employees that if the former Secretary of State can have an unauthorized server in their basement that transmits top secret information… that’s not a problem?" Hurd asked in response.

"There will be discipline from termination to reprimand–and everything in between–for people who mishandle classified information." Comey said.

U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information

(a)Whoever knowingly and willfully communicates, furnishes, transmits, or otherwise makes available to an unauthorized person, or publishes, or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States or for the benefit of any foreign government to the detriment of the United States any classified information—

(1) concerning the nature, preparation, or use of any code, cipher, or cryptographic system of the United States or any foreign government; or

(2) concerning the design, construction, use, maintenance, or repair of any device, apparatus, or appliance used or prepared or planned for use by the United States or any foreign government for cryptographic or communication intelligence purposes; or

(3) concerning the communication intelligence activities of the United States or any foreign government; or

(4) obtained by the processes of communication intelligence from the communications of any foreign government, knowing the same to have been obtained by such processes—

Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

Another piece of a damning statement from Director Comey was the revelations that Hillary Clinton mishandled classified material, and sent them to people who had zero security clearances or authorization to receive them.

Representative Jason Chaffetz

Three Facts that are one hundred percent true out of all this

Fact 1: Hillary knew the law about handling of classified info.

Fact 2: Hillary knew the email had classified material.

Fact 3: Hillary knew her basement server was not an authorized server.
Hillary Clinton broke Federal Law. Director James Comey said it himself that she did. Any
Grand Jury would indict her and move this to trial. She must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

  1. I understood that Hillary was not put under oath before the interview so she could lie all she wanted to. (Martha Stewart) Comey did NOT interview her. Comey did not interview the agents that interviewed her. How did he come up with his determination that she wasn't guilty of wrongdoing?

  2. Interesting article and very strong debate. To avoid such unpleasant proceedings in my work I use a cloud storage server data room software
